Winemaking Notes: 80% of this wine was fermented and aged for five months in neutral French oak barrels. The remainder was fermented in stainless steel. Fermented to dryness, with no secondary malolactic fermentation allowed
Tasting Notes: Intense aromas and tastes of green apple, followed by generous acidity and a full mouthfeel. Notes of lime zest and lemon shortbread cookies compliment this unique Grüner – one of the few offered in Southwest Michigan!
