Winemaking Notes: “Vin Doux” means sweet wine, and this dessert style wine takes inspiration from the vins doux naturels from the south of France. Our traminette wine was fortified with grape brandy to boost the alcohol content to 16% and then sweetened naturally with unfermented traminette juice. The wine was bottled after nearly two years in oak barrels

Meal Pairings: New-York style cheesecake. Vin Doux is excellent as an aperitif and even better with dessert
