Winemaking Notes: Only the light press fractions were used to make this light and refreshing Kabinett-style Riesling. Fermented at cool temperatures in stainless steel, some residual sugar was retained to balance the generous natural acidity

Tasting Notes: Flavors of peach, lemon, green apple, and flint. Impeccable balance of fruity sweetness and crisp acidity. Serve at 40 to 45°F
