Winemaking Notes: Pinot Noir was pressed as whole clusters to retain color and reduce oxygen contact, then fermented in barrel. Marquette and Minnesota Hybrid pressings were fermented at cool temperatures in stainless steel tanks. The wines were then blended to retain a refreshing acid balance
