Our tasting room is located within the Welch Center for Wine & Viticulture on the north side of Lake Michigan College’s campus.
Our world-class wines are from Southwest Michigan.
We’re rooted in the soil and sun of the Lake Michigan Shore AVA. We buy from local growers, press fruit in-house, and create wines that reflect the best of our region.

Lake Michigan Vintners is home to the Midwest’s first commercial teaching winery, providing students with practical, hands-on experience in every aspect of winemaking and vineyard management. Through our partnership with Lake Michigan College, we offer an accredited A.A.S. degree in Wine & Viticulture Technology.

We are located on the north side of Lake Michigan College’s campus in the Welch Center for Wine & Viticulture. The entrance to our parking lot is on Empire Avenue.
