We partner with Lake Michigan College to provide an accredited degree in Wine & Viticulture Technology. We paratner with growers to buy local fruit and make exceptional wines. Our students are with us every step of the way, learning vineyard management, advanced winemaking techniques, and business management.
Our program focuses on hands-on, experiential learning. Students can become skilled, technically trained winemakers in as little as fifteen months. Our flexible class schedule was built to balance personal commitment and professional development.

Our small-batch wines are produced with Old World techniques and a modern understanding to best express the grapes and the terroir. All of our products are made by our students under the guidance of seasoned winemakers.
